Represented physician in two week trial, where we successfully proved Title VII discrimination and retaliation, resulting in a jury verdict and an award of attorney’s fees in excess of $4 million. The case was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, where it was reversed on a jury charge error; the case settled favorably on remand

68th District Court—Dallas County

Represented former oil and gas executive in 3 week trial, where we successfully proved that former employer breached employment contracts and loan agreements, resulting in a verdict of nearly $8 million, with an additional award of nearly $3 million in attorney’s fees, currently pending; this was also a $50,000,000 counter defense verdict, as former employer counter-sued executive and was fully zeroed out on all claims by the jury

160th District Court—Dallas County, Texas

Represented large, commercial and wholesaler of organic groceries in one week trial, where we successfully defended the employer from a former employee’s claims of unpaid commissions and unpaid compensation under various alleged oral agreements—obtained both a defense verdict and an award of attorney’s fees—case is pending on appeal
