Kaylee graduated from both high school in three years and from college in three years (University of Arkansas). Kaylee graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School in May 2020, as one of the youngest lawyers to ever graduate from that institution, where she was recognized as one of the very best advocates in her class. Kaylee began her career as a law clerk to District Judge Martin Hoffman in the 68th Judicial District Court for Dallas County. Kaylee has tried over a dozen jury trials or more to verdict either alongside with Brian Lauten or as co-lead counsel, and she has both written and oral advocacy experience in the appellate courts. Kaylee focuses her practice on complex, commercial litigation, non-competes, trade secrets, intellectual property, all forms of business and partnership disputes, and generalized business torts. In her free time, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, walking the Katy Trail, and brushing up on her French.” |
