Ethan Evans is a trial and appellate advocate whose practice focuses on complex civil matters before Texas trial and appellate courts. Ethan brings preparation, strategic judgment, and strong oral and written advocacy skills to every stage of litigation.

Ethan earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to the National Order of the Barristers and the National Order of the Coif—the two highest achievements in law school academics and advocacy. During his time at Texas Tech, he received Top Grade and Academic Distinction Awards in Trial Advocacy, Texas Trial & Appellate Procedure, Torts, Civil Procedure, and Texas Business Entities.

Ethan is also the published author of legal scholarship in areas concerning bad-faith insurance litigation and constitutional law.
